Strathclyde University is holding their popular Raspberry Pi Day on Saturday the 22nd April 2017 from 10am until 4pm in the department of Physics’s John Anderson Building. Currently they are looking for some new speakers willing to talk about their experiences using the Raspberry Pi, or a Raspberry Pi project. It’s a great way to share what you’ve been up to with the community and if you’d like to volunteer then please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Raspberry Pi day is an event for all levels of ability and involvement. It’s for parents and children, educators and pupils, students and makers to share their enthusiasm and knowledge for programming and computing fun.
During the day, there will be:
- Talks covering the basics of the Raspberry Pi, as well as programming and electronics applications
- A hands-on lab area, with Raspberry Pis available for interactive investigations and demonstrations (example code available)
- Space for guest projects too
